Additives for Concrete
Duraplast SNF 120
A high-range water-reducing superplasticizer based on sulfonated naphthalene formaldehyde (SNF) condensate, formulated for strong water reduction in ready-mix and precast concrete.
Usage: Ready-mix concrete, precast elements, and applications requiring high early strength.
Consumption: 0.6 – 2.0% of cement weight.

Duraplast SNF 101
A standard-grade SNF-based plasticizer offering reliable workability improvement and moderate water reduction for general concrete production.
Usage: General-purpose concrete where good workability and consistent slump retention are needed.
Consumption: 0.4 – 1.5% of cement weight.

Duraplast PCE 120
A next-generation superplasticizer based on polycarboxylate ether (PCE) polymer technology, delivering very high water reduction and extended slump retention with low dosage.
Usage: High-performance concrete, self-compacting concrete, and high-strength precast applications.
Consumption: 0.3 – 1.2% of cement weight.

Duraplast PCE 101
A general-purpose PCE-based plasticizer offering efficient water reduction and workability retention for everyday concrete production.
Usage: Ready-mix and site-batched concrete requiring smooth pumpability and finish.
Consumption: 0.3 – 1.0% of cement weight.

Duraplast Retard 10
A set-retarding admixture that extends the initial setting time of concrete without compromising later-age strength development.
Usage: Hot-weather concreting, long haul/pour times, and large mass pours where extended workability is needed.
Consumption: 0.2 – 0.6% of cement weight, adjusted to required delay time.

DuraCell Accelerator
A non-chloride accelerating admixture that speeds up setting time and early strength gain in concrete and mortar.
Usage: Cold-weather concreting, precast production, and repair works needing rapid strength gain.
Consumption: 1 – 3% of cement weight.
Technical Data Sheet available upon Request
Dura-Air (Air Entrainment)
An air-entraining admixture that generates a stable system of microscopic air bubbles within concrete, improving workability and freeze-thaw resistance.
Usage: Concrete exposed to freeze-thaw cycles, pavements, and applications requiring improved cohesion and reduced bleeding.
Consumption: 0.03 – 0.1% of cement weight (to achieve 4-6% entrained air).

Dura-Cure (Curing Compound)
A liquid membrane-forming curing compound that reduces moisture loss from freshly placed concrete, supporting proper hydration and strength development.
Usage: Slabs, pavements, and exposed concrete surfaces after finishing.
Consumption: Approx. 5 – 6 m²/liter, applied as a single coat.
Technical Data Sheet available upon Request
Dura Superplasticizers
A general-purpose high-range water-reducing admixture line for producing flowable, workable concrete with reduced water content and improved strength.
Usage: Ready-mix concrete, pumped concrete, and applications requiring high slump without added water.
Consumption: 0.5 – 2.0% of cement weight depending on grade.

Dura Corrosion Inhibitor
An admixture that protects embedded steel reinforcement from corrosion by inhibiting chloride-induced and carbonation-induced attack on rebar.
Usage: Marine structures, coastal buildings, and concrete exposed to de-icing salts or aggressive environments.
Consumption: 1 – 3% of cement weight (or as per exposure class requirement).
